The role:
Issue management and resolution, including:
- First response to customer issues
- Creating reproducible test cases that demonstrate customer issues for
engineering off site
- Implementation of fixes and work-around solutions
- Management of data held within the system including:
+ Ensuring backups are successful
+ Removal and update of data at customer request
* System management
- Capacity monitoring and planning
- Service uptime monitoring and reporting
* System improvement
- Implementation of basic improvements to the system
- Provide assistance to project staff for more complex system modifications
