ROLE: Desktop Analyst

MUST HAVES:
1) Strong customer service skills
2) Eagerness to learn new things and ability to adapt
3) Technical skills

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Desktop technician - workstation setup, deployments, retrievals. Break-fix repairs and desktop software level support. Also some basic novice level server, network and phone system knowledge. 

SKILLS:
Desktop and laptop computer break-fix, desktop software, network connectivity skills. Some server and network admin skills. Some basic phone system/telecom skills. Prefer experience with warehouse equipment- wireless handset barcode scanners. 

TRAVEL: 
Onsite work at
Niagara Falls, NY 14305

25% travel to Cincinnati, OH and Ft. Lauderdale, FL
