E-commerce Account Manager E-commerce Account Manager Key Roles: Business Development · Responsible for the overall business development and achieve the set sales targets. · Increase the market share with various marketing initiatives. · Establish brand awareness · Give suggestions on improving the website quality to enhance the user experience · Run various seasonal promotions · Customer Loyalty programs to generate repeat purchase Sales Management · Use best sales practices to increase sales · Provide a truly memorable buying experience by providing best consultation · Increasing the Leads vs. sales ratio. · Ensure timely response for every enquiry · Develop processes and implement software's to manage the leads. · Maintain the highest level of customer services as defined by the company. · Reporting to the International Director with a weekly sales report. Order Fulfillment · Receiving shipments from various suppliers · Get the products assembled at our production partners · Check the product for quality and get it repaired if needed locally · Maintain high product quality standards · Ensure timely delivery to the customers · Keep a check on the team to ensure an error free dispatch · Handle Returns and process refunds · Check return merchandise and assess its quality · Communicate with the suppliers about the frequent quality problems. · Reporting to the director with weekly order fulfillment reports Stock Management · Tally every purchase and enter the stock into the software. · Keep a track of everyday stock movement. · Tally the physical Stock every day. · Maintain the Incoming and outgoing stock vouchers · Daily Reporting to the Director with the physical stock report. Marketing Co - Ordination · Provide assistance to the director for executing the marketing plan · Give feedback to the Marketing Director to enhance the marketing efforts · Increase the market share with various marketing initiatives. · Run various seasonal promotions Team Building · Recruit sales assistants and build a team from 1 person to 5 people as the business grows. · Build a very efficient team · Conduct frequent training sessions with the team Office Management · Responsible to manage the complete office · Opening and Closing the Safe · Manage the accounts payable Reporting · Create various daily/weekly/monthly reports for the Director.
