E-Commerce CRM Manager EMEA
Job description:
In this newly created role, working as part of a busy EMEA Marketing communications team, you will support the ''EMEA MarComms Manager - Online'' to develop and deliver our clients e-CRM strategy in EMEA. Working closely with the EMEA web team, IT and external web creative''s and programmers, you will maximise the customer retention, behavioural analysis and customer segmentation. You will support the implementations of effective e-marketing campaigns and report on the success of online marketing activity.
You will be an efficient project manager with proven experience in CRM and possess excellent written and oral communication skills, good attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team. Ideally, you will be familiar with the consumer electronic industry and will have an awareness/Experience of the EMEA markets.
E-Commerce CRM Manager EMEA will aim to support the EMEA MarComms Manager - Online in coordinating, developing and delivering the requirements of the European offices and EMEA distributors. This will ensure cost and time efficiencies are enjoyed by all offices and the company will be maximizing the opportunities with our customers.
Essential functions
- Support ''EMEA MarComms Manager - Online'' to deliver the EMEA e-CRM strategy and infrastructure.
- Identify direct marketing opportunities to ensure database growth relevant communications.
- Develop ongoing communications targeted toward multiple key segments within the customer base.
- Analyse customer trends and market developments and undertake customer segmentation and targeting in order to drive new registrations, retention and increased attachment rates.
- Liaise directly with the local EMEA offices to grow our customer database, constantly seeking new initiatives to increase customer acquisition.
- Understand the measurements for eCRM and eDM and interpret using available information.
- Manage all aspects of the eCRM processes and administrator resources in EMEA.
- Ensure all communications and data collection are compliant with the relevant eCRM security policy and Data Protection policy.
- Coordinate the inputting of new data to the eCRM system liaising with key stakeholders to ensure that the data held provides a true, consistent and complete record of clients and targets.
- Access and share industry and existing eCRM learning''s to leverage the best ideas.
- Understand each segment''s marketing objectives and explain how specific eCRM activities deliver against these objectives.
- Work with our internal creative teams to continuously optimise the creation and execution of all strategic and tactical elements of database marketing campaigns.
- Motivate, coach and develop staff in eCRM best practice and managing internal and external partner relationships.
- Provide training on our database and email platforms.
- Develop strategic eCRM best practices.
- Act as the ''champion'' for eCRM in EMEA, ensuring the benefits are demonstrated within the company and buy-in is obtained from senior personnel.
- Translate new ideas into tailored programs to achieve strategic centre and portfolio objectives.
- Help our offices to assess the impact (i.e. success or failure) of a campaign and use results to improve future initiatives.
- Support the global web board to develop the strategic direction for eCRM in the long term (2-3 years).
Who we are looking for:
- Marketing or relevant Business degree
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills
- Experience with CRM tools such as eMarsys
- Experience working with Designers and Programmers using web software programmes (CMS, web software platforms, etc)
- Great project management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Capable of managing people and working with teams
- Demonstrate initiative, flexibility and resourcefulness
- Good communications and organization skills
- Significant experience in creating implementing direct marketing strategy
- Significant experience in customer data analysis
