E Commerce FX sales recruitment
Position Summary:
Responsible for selling and deploying the complete suite of applications within the eFX offering through knowledge of the markets and the Bank's Electronic products and services. Coordinate with traditional marketing/sales groups to educate and drive initiative to cross sell eFX products to existing and prospective client organizations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- · Management of all eSales related issues in North America.
- · Onboard a fair amount of new clients for our clicktrade platform.
- · Marketing and deployment of all eFX products to new and existing clients.
- · Coordinate with traditional marketing/sales groups to educate and drive e- Initiative and to cross sell eFX products to existing and prospective clients.
- · Generate revenue by providing flow to the EQTS models and FX traders by increasing the usage of eFX trading within targeted client group through introduction of FICC products.
- · Maximizing revenue potential by working with quantitative and tradition traders to monitor and review client trading behaviour.
- · Work with quantitative and tradition traders to ensure rate/price consistency from systems and to clients.
- · Work within a global framework to ensure seamless continuity, connectivity and performance of dealing systems.
- · Represent North American Region for eSales within Global FICC framework.
- · Responsible to have proper workflows for all e-FX related platforms and ensure proper setup
Secondary Duties, Responsibilities:
- · Maintain relationships with existing clients:
- · Solve any price execution/order fill issues.
- · General problem solving (Connectivity, performance)
- · Maintain relationships with participating multicontributor platforms (FXall, Currenex, TradeWeb, Bloomberg etc.)
- · Assist in the development of new electronic processes, systems and procedures to meet changing business requirements.
- · Miscellaneous responsibilities as required
Experience /Qualifications/Education:
- · Typically has 5 - 8 years of sales experience.
- · Series 7 required
- · Excellent client relations, marketing and analytical skills
- · Thorough working knowledge of the complete suite of applications within the eFX offering and the ability to sell and implement such products
