My client, a leading global investment bank is currently seeking an application support analyst with a strong grasp over E-Commerce FX for a 1st line support role.
The candidate will be required to have a very client services aligned function in this role - so great communication skills and prior experience in an investment bank of financial services organization are essential.
The candidate will also need good to have very good E-Commerce FX knowledge, 3rd party application support experience (such as Bloomberg, tradeweb etc.) and a good level of understanding of trade queries and pricing inquiries.
