E-commerce Pre-sales Engineer (part time) Job in City Of London, London UK
French Speaking E-commerce Pre-sales Engineer (part time) - £40-45k (pro-rata)
My client, a global E-commerce solutions provider is seeking to recruit a part time E-commerce Pre-sales Engineer to join their small but growing team in Central London. This role could become a full time position after one month.
In this role, main responsibilities will include,
• Support the sales team from a technical perspective
• Provide demonstrations and training for customers
• Ensure the analyst team fully comprehends functional requirements and technical specifications
• Manage work closely with Sales Managers to support the sales process from a technical aspect
• Deliver presentations on complex systems
• Communicate complex technical information to non-technical colleagues and customers
• Regular travel to clients and potential new clients
The successful candidate will speak both English and French fluently, will be of Graduate calibre (preferably a bachelor's degree in Computer Science) and will have a strong knowledge of e-commerce systems. The candidate will have experience in training and providing high quality demonstrations as well as ideally having experience in sales operations in product, order management or e-commerce operations.
