E-Commerce Product Specialist

The Role:

Responsibilities:

The role is vital for the current and future use of the company’s E-Commerce applications and STP products. It requires thorough knowledge of the end user, broker, admin and technical administration functionality of the system.

The role is ad hoc where there are few set daily tasks and also requires a combination of proactive and reactive approaches. Proactive in seeking out new clients to install and reactive to respond to client queries.

Client Facing Tasks 70%

Administration / Daily Tasks 20%

Technology / STP Tasks 10%

 

 Requirements:

This role involves responsibility for the success of a broad range of activities, all of which require both working technology, and the support of the broking community for whom these tasks are not naturally a priority. Success requires ownership of multiple qualities such as planning, technology and people skills.

Key Competencies:

 (‘E’ essential; ‘D’ desirable)
