Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of project management experience
- 2–3 years of hands–on Electronic Discovery Project Management experience is required. Prior Law Firm experience is a plus
- Knowledge and proven application of project lifecycle methodologies. PMI or other similar professional certification preferred
- Ability to communicate procedures performed to non–technical managers, partners, and clients
- Excellent project management skills, including experience in the development of management reports, time management and organization skills, and ability to delegate authority and tasks
- Ability to assess and manage risk
- Capability to perform project revenue forecasting, cost control and profitability analysis
- Power user of common litigation/document review tools (i.e. Concordance, Relativity, Introspect, and Attenex Mapper)
- Excellent knowledge of Litigation Support arena, including services particularly in Electronic Discovery and tools (e.g. scan software, OCR software, litigation support databases, etc)
- Software application proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with extensive experience with MS Excel and MS Project
- SQL Programming proficiency a plus
- Experience in handling multiple concurrent complex projects within a technical environment
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with all levels
- Strong communication skills with both internal staff and clients
