E-Discovery Specialist Description: Security Clearance: Public Trust REQUIRED Prior experience in a litigation support environment. Working knowledge of Document Review Tools (e.g., iCONECT/Clearwell/Relativity) capabilities and administration, including data loading, tagging/foldering functions, and litigation support features, including experience with litigation review. Experienced in industry standard chain of custody procedures and processes using sound methods and tools and the affirmative steps to avoid alteration or spoliation of data. Proficient with MS Office applications. Excellent communication and client interface skills (verbal and written DESCRIPTION E-Discovery Specialist responsible for preparation, processing, review, and tracking of electronic documents for investigations and litigation discovery. Work flexible schedule and extra hours as needed. Ability to work with managers, attorneys, investigators, and other staff having varying levels of technical skills. Expert knowledge of litigation support applications such as iCONECT and Relativity. Experience training staff in litigation support tools and providing end user support to litigation support professionals. Experience with litigation support project oversight. Handle/preserve information and documentation that may be treated as evidence. Summarize, analyze, and prepare analysis reports and findings in a clear and concise manner. Design and present training materials. Qualifications: DESIRED Law background or paralegal. Direct experience with data processing/loading. Experience with large document hosting solutions Litigation support application training Knowledge of automated litigation support software and processes Technical writing experience A Total Value package.
