E-Discovery Trainer

Responsibilities/Duties: Usually reports to Application Manager or Lead Project Manager. Designs, helps develop and train eDiscovery training curriculum, including topics such as Data handling and processing to eDiscovery software tools such as Relativity and iConect. Organizes, prepares, schedules and conducts training sessions. Prepares training approach and materials; arranges for use of training facilities, for access to appropriate applications. Writes curriculums, designs courses and develops and writes standard operating procedures and user guides. Qualifications: At least three years teaching/training experience involving eDiscovery process and computer applications, preferably database, imaging, or other automated litigation support applications. Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred. At least three years of experience providing litigation support and training for the applications or processes being supported. Must have hands-on familiarity with the network, telecommunications, and operating systems environment of the applications and processes being supported. At two years experience in automated litigation support a must. Must have one year curriculum or course development. Experience with DOJ office automation environments extremely helpful.
