E-Learning Account Manager Job in London, London UK

Our client is a fast growing and highly profitable business supplying e-learning solutions and learning management systems to sectors including Finance, Retail and Pharmaceuticals. An opportunity now exists for an experienced client relationship manager who is adept in account management; developing and nurturing the needs of their clients. You will ensure that objectives are delivered through relevant solutions and revenue growth is encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships for a range of key clients
• Maintain ongoing contact with clients and renew existing contacts
• To identify revenue growth opportunities
• Plan, organise and attend internal and external meetings
• Understand client needs and propose profitable solutions
• Ensure client usage of products and services
• Communicate new product releases with a view to increasing usage and new revenue
• Managing projects where appropriate, monitoring and action as escalation point on own client development projects
• Collate and communicate feedback from clients on new e-learning product requirements and product usability issues
• Use of CRM system and pipeline management (budget, forecast, margin)
• Ensure personal development opportunities are maximised

Candidate Requirements

• A successful track record within Account Management ideally within e-learning or training sales
• Client relationship focused and customer centric
• Ability to manage existing clients effectively
• Preferably educated to degree level or above
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a consultative approach
