For more information, please visit www.jpmorgan.com/wss Role: The E-Solutions Head will partner with WSS Product Executives, Business Development Executives and the Platform Development Teams to define market leading strategies for electronic data exchange with our clients. Overall objectives include: · Define opportunities to advance the delivery of Investor Services products/services through a variety of easily and readily accessible mobile technologies. (JPMAccess, mobile devices, file transfer protocols, Swift and existing technologies). · Develop plan to optimize current e-reporting and client data delivery. · Develop deep understanding of client behaviour and how this will impact Investor Services products the delivery of information going forward. The strategy should seek to encompass broader innovations including Web 2.0 (information sharing, interoperability, user-centered design and collaboration), social networking, app platforms plus mobility developments in general. Responsibilities: · Define and publish a vision for Investor Services E-Solutions in conjunction with all key stakeholders. · Translate the vision into a credible development roadmap in conjunction with the WSS Platform Development Team. · Build a global E-Solutions team to provide subject matter expertise in all regions. Should be known as the "expert" in mobile computing for the WSS business. · Develop awareness/award campaigns that generate industry and client awareness/recognition for our capabilities. · Inform and advise business teams how to best utilize evolving electronic channel capabilities and products to achieve operating efficiency, brand differentiation and revenue growth. · Drive client and user adoption programs to increase self service. · Leverages deep understanding of fund manager and fund sponsor business models, prototypical organizational responsibilities to provide specific recommended solutions relating to key information access. · Typically participates in the strategy and execution of the product sales cycle, including client presentations, technology demonstrations along with proposal development and implementation. · Utilize expertise, strategy and analysis skill set along with client intelligence to create: · Simple solutions that can be mastered in an instant. · Key data identification enabling sort, retrieval and analysis of stored data to assist in decision making. · Security options keeping critical information accessible and safe.
