e – Trading Support recruitment
We are currently based in Neuchâtel and will move our headquarters to Lausanne during the second quarter of 2012.
We are currently looking for an E-Trading Support who will be responsible for interfacing with business development team members, prospective and existing customers.
The focus of this position is to provide advanced business level support on the Meta Trader application and future trading platform to end customers and institutional clients and to escalate within the organization when needed while maintaining contact and communication to insure a proper service experience to our clients.
Your responsibilities will be:
- To support users of MetaTrader trading platform via phone.
- To create, process and resolve support request: analyze the incoming request and provide resolution in case of problem to the end customer.
- To insure ownership of problem resolution when request goes beyond the e-trading support agent competency or area of responsibilities
- To insure the best customer experience
- To challenge current practices when improvement in terms of quality and delivery can be made.
Your profile:
- Advanced user skills, including system configuration (Windows XP to Windows 7) and networking to support proper troubleshooting protocoles
- Advance knowledge of the MT4 platform and minimum of 1 year full time working experience on MT4 or other leading Forex trading platforms.
- Experience in a similar position and within the “trade support” function a must
- Knowledge of Metaquotes trading and plug in architecture platform.
- Understanding of the finance and forex industry is mandatory
