E-trading Support

 

We are currently looking for an E-Trading Support representative who will be responsible for interfacing with business development team members, prospective and existing customers.

The focus of this position is to provide advanced business level support on the MetaTrader, Integral and / or Currenex application and future trading platforms to end-customers and institutional clients and to escalate within the organization when needed while maintaining contact and communication to insure a proper service experience to our clients.

 

Your responsibilities:  

•Monitor and supervise systems applications regarding availability and quality;  

•Maintain adequate support for applications, internal and external customers;  

•Logging all relevant incident/service request details;  

•Escalating incident/service requests that cannot be resolved within agreed timescales;  

•Communicating information about incident to relevant specialist, external services provider or user;  

•Update operating processes/procedures;

•Give appropriate training and support to the end-users regarding corporate applications.

 

Your profile:  

•University level degree in Computer Science or equivalent;  

•Experience with the administrator side of the MetaTrader, Integral and/or Currenex platform mandatory;

•Experience from the finance and/or Forex industry is mandatory;  

•Advanced user skills, including system configuration and networking to support proper troubleshooting protocols;  

•Team spirit and customer oriented;  

•Analytic problem solver;  

•Great communicator;  

•Patient and tenacious;  

•Customer focused;  

•Fluent in English, French is an advantage, spoken and written;
