This organisation is a leading global IT services company situated on the outskirts of the CBD. Currently they are in search for an Executive Assistant to provide one on one support to the Australian Country Head.

Duties of this role will require you to perform traditional EA functions. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Australian Country Head such as preparing and distributing company communications on their behalf and managing their diary and travel itineraries. Other duties will include managing the relationships of their key executives and organising and attending company meetings, functions and other possible events. As this company deals with clients around the world there may be instances where you will be expected to work from home after hours.

To be considered for this role the successful candidate demonstrate a proven ability in a similar role where they can exhibit their excellent use in all Microsoft applications especially Excel, possess the ability to work as a member of an executive team and have excellent attention to detail. They will also be strong in numbers and financial management. Having the ability to multi-task with strong communication skills, both written and verbal is also essential. You will be confident and proactive across all functions of high level executive support, with the ability to take on additional ad hoc projects as required. Having an understanding of SAP and SalesForce will be highly favourable.
