You have the chance to secure the prestigious role of Executive Assistant to the CEO of an influential government funded medical association in the Western Suburbs. This position will allow you to enjoy an inclusive team environment and the chance to work with key public and private sector stakeholders.

Focusing on 1:1 senior support to the CEO, you will undertake a wide range of responsibilities in this direct support position. From drafting, preparing and coordinating correspondence for in-depth reports and presentations, to extensive diary management and travel booking, you will have advanced organisational abilities and keen attention to detail. You will also play an integral role as secretariat to the Board of the organisation, coordinating the preparation of papers, circulating papers to comply with Board meeting schedule, attendance at each Board meeting with extensive minute taking, initiating Actions Arising memoranda and tracking progress and processing all legitimate expenses.

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO or equivalent of an organisation, with ability to perform precise minute taking for regular board meetings. You will have advanced written and verbal communication skills and polished personal presentation. You will be comfortable with high level stakeholder management, able to build and maintain key business relationships.
