EA/Office Manager recruitment
Based in Abu Dhabi, this position will support one of the banking Heads and will require a switched on, bright, problem-solver who has solid experience working in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
The role will be a mix of EA duties, as well as Office Management duties such as leading the set up and management of new offices, as required. The EA/Office Manager will also be required to proactively manage diaries, arrange extensive travel, and prepare documents, presentations and memorandums in a timely, efficient and professional manner; whilst maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
In order to be considered for this role, candidates must have a significant number of years experience working as an EA/PA for a key senior business leader. In addition, candidates must have strong organisation, prioritisation and coordination skills, coupled with an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience setting up an office in the Middle East is a distinct advantage.
