An exceptionally high quality child care centre located in the Eastern Suburbs is looking for an experienced and mature minded Early Childhood Teacher to join this established team.
This outstanding Centre aims to provide a safe family-like environment to the children in its care and provide a nurturing, positive and stimulating environment that meets the needs of each individual child. The Centre is very well known in the local community for its commitment to Early Child hood Education and has established its exceptional reputation over the past 15 years.
It is imperative that applicants applying for this role hold a Bachelor of Education or Teaching (Early Childhood), a current First Aid certificate, have outstanding communication skills and be confident in all documentation. Building positive rapport with the families is vitally important.
This role is in the 3-5 year olds and is to work alongside an Early Childhood Teacher. Commencing in January 2012, the successful applicant must be willing to work as an active team member and strive for excellence everyday. Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor in Education or Teaching (Early Childhood)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Experience in a leadership position
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Understanding of NSW Children's Services Regulations
- Have mature and passionate approach to your work
- Ability to build rapport with children, parents and colleagues
