Randstad Education are currently working with this large early learning provider to help them find their new ECT room leader!
The centre boasts a large, natural outdoor area, a range of educational resources and a committed team of staff. The successful candidate will hold a completed Early Childhood Teaching degree.
As room leader your role will include staff management within the room; planning and programming; parent communication; preparation of activities; child supervision and positive interactions; record keeping, day books and children's journals.
The centre is offering an attractive salary package and a range of additional training opportunities for the successful candidate.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold their completed Early Childhood Teaching degree
- Be experienced working with children aged 2 - 5
- Be looking to commit to a role long term
- Have the ability to lead and manage a team of up to 4 staff
- Be confident dealing with families on a day to day basis
- Have a genuine passion and dedication for working with young children
