This well established privately owned long day care centre requires an Early childhood teacher.
This is a large 90 + place centre with fantastic facilities, both indoor and outdoor. The centre is located in the Liverpool region. This position has arisen due to expansion.
Hays are looking for a Early childhood teacher to start immediately. Your duties will include:
Embracing and implementing the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and ensuring that the centre maintains operating standards as outlined in the National Quality Standards.
You will be expected to continually work towards achieving a high quality rating, lead and implement processes that support consultation with children and families.
You will need to engage in face-to-face teaching as well as non-teaching tasks that support the centre program and operational requirements, monitor and document children’s progress through a diverse range of methods that reflect the principles of the Early Years Learning Framework, ensure the safety and well-being of the children, families and staff at the centre and work collaboratively as a member of the team.
The right candidate for this role will hold a Bachelor in Early childhood or equivalent. You will have confidence, excellent communication skills and extensive knowledge of early childhood regulations.
