Early Learning Support Workers (Ref: CfBTHELP/02)
(These are temporary posts until 31 March 2013 due to contractual funding.)
£17,783.00 pro rata

Two full time posts available
Full and part time positions will be considered
The Birth to Five Service is seeking to appoint an experienced team to these exciting posts. You will work within an existing team to provide one to one and group support to families, to enable them to provide high quality home learning experiences for their children in the North Kesteven and East Lindsey district areas of Lincolnshire.
Working within and supported by the Birth to Five Service, your role will include;

We are looking for experienced professionals who hold acurrent and relevant qualification in Early Years, Health, Education or Social Care (to a minimum level 3 or equivalent).
You will be passionate and committed to improving outcomes for children, and you will have a vision on how to achieve this within the role. You will be able to motivate and relate to families; empowering them to provide an exciting and opportunistic home environment. You will need to be flexible, approachable, and work in partnership with a variety of partners.
