Job Description
You will be responsible for reviewing and assessing all credit applications submitted by Relationship Manager and suggesting changes when necessary. While you don't have direct approval authority you will monitor the status of the entire credit portfolio (SME, MNC and LLC loans) and check the health of the credit and the business. Using your credit skills you are responsible for flagging any early warning signs and potential bad loans.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have exposure to the follow;
- A strong working knowledge of credit risk and portfolio management
- At least five years credit risk experience working in portfolio management or post approval credit analysis
- Degree Qualified in Commerce, Banking and Finance or equivalent
- Experience working in a US, European or Honk Kong bank will be looked upon favorably
- People management experience will be looked upon favorably
