Client:
Our client is a leading civil construction contractor who deliver an array of successful construction solutions to the resources industry. Specializing in completing civil works and infrastructure packages for some of the state's largest Mining and Oil Gas projects, they continue to exceed their clients reputation.
Currently engaged in a major civil infrastructure package for a large West Australian Iron Ore project, they now require a experienced Earhworks Supervisor to join the site based team.
The contract involves the provision of bulk earthworks, drainage and civil structures, road works and buried services.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years + experience as an Earthworks Supervisor with previous resources experience essential
- Previous civil contractor experience essential
- A track record supervising large groups of contractors required
- Excellent leadership mentoring skills
- Excellent decision making skills required profound knowledge of OHS procedures
This position is offering a 15/6 FIFO roster, attractive permanent staff position with excellent site uplifts Pilbara location.
