East Integration Application Delivery Lead recruitment

Responsibilities:
- Provide top quartile Integrated Application Delivery for the East Manufacturing (Refinery and Chemicals) Business,to service levels agreement,managing all internal and 3rd party relationships to ensure end to end delivery of service
- Drive business process and performance improvements by continuously looking for and implementing improvement opportunities in the solutions, processes, people skills and tools related to the global application portfolio, while working closely with the IT business interface organization for direction and funding
- Ensure the provision of resources and application development capability to meet the requirements of the integrated solutions for the Manufacturing sites
- Working together with the IT Business Interface organization to ensure and improve usage of the application portfolio through e.g. providing business embedding services, providing deployment capabilities, where agreed with the business process support
- Develop and maintain a strong skill pool and process, data and tools knowledge base related to the global application portfolio
- Potentially growing hybrids through close collaboration with the business
- In association with IT Operations and Services, ensure the stability, Integrity and performance of the Application operational environments and the realization of identified improvement opportunities and requirements
- Ensure seamless integration with IT Enterprise Services and IT Services Operations to facilitate end to end delivery of services to the Manufacturing Business
- Ensure the successful delivery of global and local SOX assurance or other compliance processes
- Be focused on working towards agreed objectives, while maintaining flexibility to take account of new challenges and changed circumstances, as they occur
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in an IT related specialization
- Broad IT management experience with an emphasis on planning and management of IT application development, support and project delivery
- At least 6 years of experience in IT management, with demonstrated competence in leading and developing teams, in the provision of IT development, deployment and service delivery
- Ability to work effectively and manage relationships with business leaders, peers and subordinates, in a virtual, geographically dispersed and cross cultural environment
- Prior knowledge of Downstream Manufacturing (Refinery and Chemicals) Business environment and awareness of the associated business processes will be an advantage
- Positive attitude, committed to achieving deadlines and results with a demonstrable track record of delivery against targets
