Responsibilities
- Manage to deliver Regional online Banking solutions and work with business development team to deliver these projects.
- Business Lead for regional e-channels platform projects
- Responsible for reviewing business requirement document, reviewing functional specifications, producing and executing UAT test plans
- Collaborate with other Business Units, internal and external IT partners in identifying enhancement initiatives and to ensure the end-to-end system and process delivery
- Ensure the smooth operational roll-out of new online services to customers
- Support post-implementation tasks like training to touch-points, production problem investigation and escalation
- Establish relationships with technical teams in other Line-of-business to clearly identify and manage interdependencies
- Established relationship management delivery in support of the online channels
- Develop strong working relationships with business partners to deliver the holistic solution
- Manage scope throughout the project duration. Maintain accurate program estimates, timelines, work plans, and status reports
- Drive issues/defects and coordination tasks to completion
- Provide governance support on usability, content publication, MIS, etc.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of electronic channel management experience
- Degree in Business or Marketing
- Desire and interest in operating digital channels
- Technical understanding of content Management systems
- Experience in managing optimal user experience
- Understanding and managing digital partners and agencies
- Experience in electronic marketing
- Ability to engage and manage technology and technical analysis
- Skilled in web analytics
