eClient Services Officer
Headquartered in London, HSBC. one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world, is looking for an eClient Service Officer to join the HSBC Global Banking Markets department.
Enabling of clients on the Fixed Income eTrading plaforms, liaising with sales, trading, Ops and IT teams to ensure front to back trade flow and provide a level of reporting to Credit and Rates trading management
eClient Service Officer responsibilities:
- Enable new and additional users onto the multi bank eTrading platforms used by Credit, Rates and EM
- Ensure full front to back trade flow through static setup
- Maintain customer tiering across all relevant platforms
- Assist in the setting up of trader based eTrading rules
- Troubleshoot issues with eTrading flow both internally and externally
- Provide adhoc reporting, statistics and trend analysis to trading management and eCom managers
eClient Service Officer skills required:
- Knowledge of the Fixed Income market
- Previous knowledge of the FI eTrading platforms (Bloomberg, Tradeweb, MarketAxess, BondVision)
- Competent in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills including report writing
- Strong analytical skills
