ECM Analyst – Real Estate Institutional Equity Raising recruitment
Degree qualified you will currently be working in a Real Estate research capacity or as an Analyst in the Real Estate team of an Investment Bank or in a similar position with another Real Estate fund.
With a good understanding of and experience in Equity Capital Markets you will be passionate about property and have a proactive attitude.
You will assist senior members of the team with all aspects of the sales /distribution process including;
* Conducting investor research including new markets
* Generating business leads
* Producing marketing material
* Assisting with relationship management and maintenance
* Managing the client database
This is a high profile position and you must;
* Be degree qualified
* Have similar / relevant experience
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills and be immaculately presented
* Have very strong IT skills including Excel, Work and Powerpoint
