Ecommerce Client Service recruitment
This client is a reputable electronic transaction processing vendor globally. Covering comprehensive business to business payment card and processing services. This role will assist both internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner on payment gateways.
Responsibilities:
- To provide pre-sales and post-sales support (both customer service and technical support) to customers via email and telephone regarding queries to the payment gateways.
- Where required, provide training for new Customer Operations Team members, feedback on performance during training and assist team leader with developing a training plan if necessary.
- To work with shopping cart providers to maintain technical relationship
- To work with the sales team acting as a point of contact as necessary. This may involve attending external customer meetings.
- To maintain service levels on Customer/Shopper phone and e-mail contacts.
- Min 3 years of experience
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
- Familiar in building ecommerce websites with shopping cart and payment facility
- Previous role in a support/customer service function
- A keen interest of relevant evolving Internet technologies and trends
- Possess a proactive and analytical approach to problem solving
- Familiar with Web Scripting Languages
