As an eCommerce Manager / Online Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining all online and offline marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives.
Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor analysis, you will also implement marketing plan alterations, as required. Additionally, you'll oversee all types of marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
Working with new technology, your duties will include:
- Achieving sales, traffic, channel and ROI targets for all cruise businesses
- Overseeing and implementing new cruise branding
- Working with the Project Manager to deliver the new website
- Managing the consistency of all marketing communications
- Managing the marketing budget to maximise ROI
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Solid eCommerce experience
- Experience with PPC, SEO and social media
- A proven track record of developing, maintaining and delivering on-line marketing strategies to meet company objectives
- A strong understanding of online customers, market dynamics and requirements
As an eCommerce Manager / Online Marketing Manager, you'll be a team player with plenty of ambition. A strong negotiator, you will be highly numerate, sales driven and willing to go the extra mile.
Whilst not essential, management experience would be beneficial. A background in the travel or cruising industry would also be an advantage.
