About the Job
The Ecommerce Product Marketing Intern will work with the Ecommerce Product Manager to help build and enhance marketing and sales materials for B2B products sold on Experian QAS’s ecommerce platform, www.intelligentsearch.com . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in both marketing and B2B technology and who has skills or interest in online commerce, website dynamics and usability.
Core Responsibilities:
- Research competitors and document value propositions, pricing and functionality to make recommendations on IST product improvements
- Analyze website workflow and make recommendations on usability and product enhancements
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates IST products from the competition. This will include web copy and content for product data sheets that target the SMB market.
- Help create product demos and user tools to enhance web-based product usability
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits are crucial.
- Experience in graphics, layout, scripting or programming is a definite plus
- This position requires 15 hours per week minimum commitment and is paid
- The ideal candidate will be in his or her junior or senior year of college.
