Job Description:

The eCommerce Analyst is responsible for monitoring participation rates, trader hit rates and client/platform market share.  The Analyst will also create MIS reports for Sales/Trading management to assess progress on increasing key performance criteria while interacting directly with the Head of eSales and with selected Sales and Traders to provide more detailed feedback.

Performance of the Analyst will be assessed on the following criteria:

• Quality of reporting provided for this purpose

• Ability to communicate effectively to all stakeholders

• Ability to develop business intuition about key targets to increase our share

• Change in Market Share for our eTrading platform

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree
Strong communication skills, feel comfortable speaking with traders and sales force
Strong analytical background with prior experience in similar functions
Strong technical skills (Excel Access)
Significant attention to details
Can demonstrate self-sufficiency and work independently
