Economic Modelling Analyst
Harvey Nash’s highly successful global financial services client is looking for an economic modelling analyst to join their growing team.
This is an extremely exciting and rewarding opportunity, for an excellent client who are currently in a period of expansion and growth.
The role will involve working as part of a team, developing existing and new financial models. You will also be responsible for statistical analysis of both financial and economic data and contributing to research and consultancy projects
In order to fulfil this role successfully you must have:
• Knowledge of statistical risk management
• Knowledge of financial econometrics/economics
• Experience of financial data sources
• Strong hand-on experience of financial statistical packages such as Excel/VBA
• Strong communication skills
• Logical approach to problem solving
