EDSummaryReporting to the Managing Director, Head of Fund Services for North America, the individual will be responsible for leading all Fund Administration services for the region.
This will include a group of approximately
200 employees providing our financial reporting, treasury/budgeting, compliance monitoring, client oversight, and regulatory support services
Responsibilities:Aggressively and creatively drive the organization to our strategic end state model - functionalized administration services, treasurer oversight, tight accounting connection, and effective location strategyContinue to improve control environment and mindset to achieve higher attestation levels for all servicesDrive ownership and accountability for forecasts and operating metrics Beat forecasts and demonstrate efficiency gains and risk control improvementsMotivate senior team, manage/own communication of tough messages and aggressive goals, grow future leadersBe proactive and strategic with clients
GlobalPlay a leadership role in our Global Utility, location strategy and process reengineering Coordinate WHEM strategy with other regionsAgree on global plans to deliver on the strategyMonitor and steer ongoing BAU performance and initiative progress

Qualifications
ExperienceMust have 15 years experience in fund services leadership roles
Skills and KnowledgeProven ability to successfully lead
and deliver large and complex change agendasStrong motivational and talent evaluation skillsStrong knowledge of all fund services (accounting, administration, tax, etc.)Extensive knowledge of SEC and IRS regulations and rules
