Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales of Peanuts in Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Japan etc) and would also have oversight responsibility on some of the Peanut Origins in Africa and Asia.
- Would be a part of the Global Peanuts Team based in Singapore.
- Responsibilities will include Sales, Trading, Demand Forecasting, Logistics Management, Business Development in Peanut origins in Africa and India and would require frequent travelling to these countries (approx. ten days a month)
Qualification, Skills Experience
- Relevant degree, post graduate qualification in business management beneficial.
- Self Starter with strong commercial acumen.
- Able to work in ambiguity (i.e recommend decisions basis understanding of the local demand and supply of the product and consumer preferences).
- Should be able to build relationships within and outside the organization, ability to articulate thoughts clearly
- Good planning / organizing ability ( i.e manage Credit /Stock/ Market Risks etc ).
- Strong Analytical and Numerical skills
- Understand and Deliver on changing customer needs, ability to win over customers.
- Strong focus on systems and processes.
- Previous experience in Marketing of consumer goods with a reputable, large organization will be an advantage.
