XDD is looking for driven sales professionals to represent our litigation support services to law firms and corporate counsel. If you’re a driven sales professional with a proven track record of success, we want to talk to you. This position is limitless in its possibilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid work history in litigation support, including paper and electronic discovery, with experience building relationships with clients. The candidate should understand the highs and lows of a sales position. Prefer some experience in IT sales but we will train the industry specific details.
Successful candidates will have the following characteristics:
- Existing book of business, both paper and electronic discovery
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or appropriate combination of education and work experience
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, demanding and deadline-driven environment
- Achievement-oriented team player
- Flexible and adaptable, able to handle a changing and growing work load
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail required
- Dependability in attendance and punctuality
- Honesty, confidentiality and ethics
