Position Requirements:
Fitch Ratings is seeking an Editor for a temporary assignment.

Responsibilities:
• Edit research reports for analysts rating all sectors of Corporate, Structured, and Public Finance
• Edit reports for content, grammar, and style
• Work closely with analysts to produce a high-quality finished product and timely posting to Fitch web site

Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2003 and 2010; and Windows
• Fast, accurate, detail-oriented
• Two to four years of financial editing experience
• Exceptional grammatical skills and a strong knowledge of AP style and usage
• Thrive in a deadline-oriented environment
• General knowledge of bond market and business practices
• Ability to work both indepdently as well as with Analysts
• Ability to handle multiple research reports and interact with all levels of management
• Willingness to take on challenging projects
• Adaptable to changes in publishing processes and guidelines
