If selected, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for supporting the design and delivery of training for the attorneys, economists, accountants, examiners, and other financial professionals at the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Typical duties include:
p
p
•Providing professional learning and development to attorneys, accountants, economists, and other financial services industry professionals. educational expertise for a specific educational program area;
p
•Developing and delivering specialized professional training for a large complex financial securities regulator.
p
•Documenting program learning objectives, learning delivery methods, and outcomes;
p
•Keeping abreast of trends, developments, and new approaches in financial services industry and the adult learning and professional development community in order to create effective learning programs;
p
•Collaborating with financial securities industry staff and managers to identify annual and long-range training and development needs and goals;
p
•Collaborating with office staff on training budget allocation and execution; creating spend plans and reconciling office and university expenditures
p
•Performing on-site surveys and/or reviews program information to determine education and training program status and quality of services;
p
•Serving as an expert in the full range of learning and development activities for assigned areas to include assessments, design, coordination, implementation, and evaluation
p
