Persistence Plus is an early-stage ed tech start-up that is using mobile technology, behavioral research, and data analytics to help colleges support and graduate more students. We are addressing a tremendous societal issue - only 55% percent of all students who begin a four-year college full-time actually earn a diploma within six years - and an $8.4 B problem for colleges.

We’ve gotten off to a good start. Persistence Plus was one of 16 companies chosen from 1,000 applicants for the Kauffman Foundation’s Education Ventures Program, which focused on developing high-growth scalable education companies. We recently won an American Public University System Prize for Innovation In Online Education award and a Milken Family Foundation award. We are currently working with a cohort of college customers.

We are looking for a senior technologist to lead the continued design and development of our interactive data-driven platform for facilitating real change in student behavior. Specifically, we are looking for a Boston or NY-based technologist with:
