Our client, a leading global investment bank, is looking for a top-notch development manager to join their Electronic Trading team in Asia.
This role can be based in Hong Kong or Shanghai based on the candidate's preference.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Electronic Trading Technology team of 15-20+ developers to deliver state-of-the art enterprise solutions
- Provide technical expertise and contribution to all aspects of software development including analysis, design/architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Manage, hire, retain and motivate the developers in the team
- Develop and implement short/long-term strategy to ensure highest development/delivery standards
Skills Required:
- Track record of managing, hiring, retaining and motivating developers; 10-15+ of industry experience in development team management
- Expert C++ skills with experience in large scale real-time systems and deep knowledge of data structures and algorithms; Strong Java development managers with previous experince in c++ will also be considered
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
