eFX Application Support Analyst

London Based Investment Banks seek a eFX Application Support Analyst for their Single Dealer Platform for use of both internal and external users. This Electronic Execution platforms provides liquidity and is currently available for FX Spot, FX Forwards, FX Swaps, NDFs, Precious Metals and Money Market. Others assets are planned to be rolled out. Your user base is mostly in London and consists of Front-office and external Client Support team. This platform is built to be multi asset. You will have to work with distributed development teams based on and off shore. This role is to Support the trading business, maintaining daily contact with Front Office users, monitoring of the servers dedicated to the electronic market. User training: ensure knowledge of traders and sales is up to date. Manage of all incidents raised by the users or external Client Support team up to their resolution. Analyse the incidents thoroughly (logs analysis, etc…). Escalate the incidents to appropriate support team (support level 2) as member of the Proximity team and development team (support level 3) as member of the local Production Services team when required. Liaise with relevant IT teams regarding new functional and technical enhancements. You have an understanding of Basic Unix Linux, Windows, SQL (Sybase/Oracle) Queries etc
