Roles and Responsibilities

Work in the IT Support Team

Engage with business users and development team, and act as a conduit between them

Ensure all production issues are resolved in a timely manner

Ensure all incidents are logged, tracked and worked towards resolution

Build strong relationship and rapport with business users

Continuously look for improvement opportunity within the team, processes and procedures

Participate in global or new enhancement rollout of applications

Participate, contribute and add value within the global FX IT Support team

Skills and Competencies

Hands-on exposure to eCommerce, Front Office pricing and trading application

In-depth understanding of pricing and risk management models of financial products

In addition to business knowledge, must be technically competent in Unix, Sybase SQL and scripting

Hands on experience with Reuters and Bloomberg

Familiar with ITIL methodology

Candidate Profile:

2-5 years of experience in supporting Front Office environment of a major US/European/Japanese bank, supporting trading, pricing and risk management systems

Educated in a Computing, Engineering or Finance related discipline

Have business knowledge and ability to communicate with trading staff

Self motivated, proactive and a team player
