EHS Engineer Job in Dublin
A leading state body has an immediate opportunity for an EHS Engineer / Science Offer to join their expanding team.
You will play an integral part of the risk management team and provide technical support to the Risk Managers.
Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the implementation of risk management initiatives.
* Liaise with key staff within key clients to advance litigation risk management structures and processes.
* Monitor the implementation of recommendations issued to clients
* Carry out background research in support of litigation risk management initiatives.
* Develop and provide internal and external statistical reports on incidents and claims.
* Assist Risk Managers when carrying out risk audits and reporting on same.
* Building risk management awareness through seminars, meetings and conferences
To be successful in this role you should ideally have a degree in Engineering or Science and ideally a post graduate qualification in environmental, health and safety, fire safety or risk management. Good analytical, organisational and interpersonal skills as well as exceptional communication skills are essential.
