Adminstratively responsible for the attainment of the corporate goal of maintaining a healthy employee population and safe work enviornment by managing Occupational Health programs including pre-placement screening, case finding, annual assessments, compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, and acting as liaison between company and government agencies. Administator of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System to proactively identify and assess environmental aspects and take necessary control to reduce environmental impacts. Provides direction and development to employees by coaching, identifying training needs, assigning progressively challenging projects, and assisting in career development planning.
