TFPP is currently hiring an EHS Manager to manage multi sites.    The EHS Manager will be located in Mansfield, TX and responsible for all EPA and OSHA regulatory compliance for the Chemguard operations in Mansfield and Vidor, TX and Washington, IN. 

Duties include new product registration; preparation and maintenance of product safety documentation; regulatory agency review, and approvals for new products; and site-wide federal, state, and local regulatory compliance.
As the EHS Manger, you will be performing the functions and tasks required of the job considering quality of work, as well as demonstrates knowledge and skill.
 
The main responisbilties of this role are:
 
Interaction with EPA, TSCA, REACH (EU), DOT, and other regulatory authorities
Experience with federal, state, and local site permitting, sampling, and monitoring.
Provide technical-level support for environmental remediation and litigation projects, including remediation system design and determination of regulatory applicability.
Provide administrative support for projects by collecting data, providing project documentation, training staff, and performing other general administrative duties.
Collaborate with environmental scientists, planners, hazardous waste technicians, engineers, and other specialists, and experts in law and business to address environmental problems.
Provide environmental engineering assistance in network analysis, regulatory analysis, and planning or reviewing database development.
Obtain, update, and maintain plans, permits, and standard operating procedures.
Demonstrated ability to interact with various business/RD groups, attorneys, customers, and regulatory/trade organizations.
Must be customer oriented with excellent organizational skills with a "can-do" attitude are a must.
Ability to organize and prioritize work in response to changing work assignments including long term projects with often changing priorities.
High motivation in problem solving and proficiency in compiling information.
Ability to maintain perspective of overall goal and resourceful in meeting objectives.

The ideal candidate will have:
 
Bachelor's Degree in EHS Engineering, Chemistry or related field with 10+ years of experience in a regulatory environment.
Excellent computer skills including advanced Excel or Access required.
General knowledge of chemicals and surfactants and their applications.
Understanding of corporate workings and demands
