Our EHS Management team plays a fundamental role in developing our vision to be Incident Injury Free, and provide a positive impact upon the environment.
This role will be responsible for the project management of key regional EHS initiatives and programs across all of the Lend Lease businesses in Australia. You will design and develop analytic reports to assist the region identify risks, drive business programs and compliance reporting and develop systems and initiatives to improve performance.
Key programs include: Global Minimum Requirements rollout, Learning and Development framework implementation, Harmonised Work Health Safety Act training roll out.
Key to securing this position is your demonstrated experience in a corporate, consultant or management role involving Environment, Health Safety with a property or construction background. In addition, you will have strong project management experience, proven analytical skills and advance MS office skills. Your ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders, along with you strength in facilitation and presenting will also be key.
