Regal Beloit Corporation has an immediate opening for an EHSS Manager for our Milwaukee Gear location in Milwaukee. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading environmental, heath, safety and sustainability programs at our manufacturing facility. We are looking for energetic, self-starters to be key contributors in the continued success of Regal Beloit Corporation.
• Partners with campus management in the areas of environmental, health, safety and risk management to lead the EHSS RM program/culture through proactive continuous improvement activities
• Implements and maintains effective environmental, health, safety sustainability programs
• Leads Safety Awareness For Employees (SAFE) program
• Coordinates EHSS Regional efforts with operations as appropriate
• Keeps annual safety and environmental calendars to insure compliance with Federal, State and local regulations, permitting, training, reporting, and corporate policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in occupational safety or related field
- 1 or more years of manufacturing safety and environmental experience
- Ability to lead operations to exceptional EHS performance
- Strong leadership, written, oral communication skills required
- Technical proficiency required
Desired Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of manufacturing safety and environmental experience
