We are currently seeking motivated and confident EL1 Project Officer who are highly developed organisational and program management skills, particularly within a community and human services framework.
This includes experience in the Federal Government as well as non government agencies focusing on community development, education and training, local government, youth, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
The successful candidate will posses strong analytical skills which have been utilised in evaluating programs within the public sector. This has included developing and conducting evaluation processes, establishing evaluation frameworks for the thorough analysis of qualitative data sets and conducting analysis of qualitative and quantitative data for the purposes of departmental evaluations.
With highly developed oral and verbal communication skills they have strong leadership experience and the ability to work independently or enhance the dynamics of an existing team.
