eLearning Developer (Lectora) recruitment

The Professional Development Services (PDS) group at Moody's Analytics provides skill enhancement programs to financial organizations globally through in-house training, public seminars, eLearning, web-based classes, coaching, written materials and testing.

The Marketing Channels team supports PDS by building, maintaining, and managing online learning content and testing, as well as by supporting deployment and implementation of online eLearning programs in internal and client Learning Management Systems.

The Role:
The developer will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing our online interactive learning offerings using Lectora and other tools. They will work in conjunction with project managers, subject-matter experts, and QA resources to develop and deploy new offerings and upgrade existing products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Instructional design and course development, primarily in Lectora, for the eLearning channel
- Development of graphics, interactions, job aids, etc. to support effective online learning
- Determining the best resources/tools to employ to achieve desired results
- Deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of developed content in LMS
Qualifications

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Lectora (through version X) and other eLearning development tools
- Experience with Flash programming/development, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.
- Experience with web page design, interactions, html code, JavaScript, etc.
- Experience in working with LMS, especially Taleo Learn.com and Blackboard
- Familiarity with development standards for usability and accessibility
- Knowledge of the financial industry and terminology preferred
