Electrical Designer Job in Denver 80002, Colorado Us
A global engineering firm with a growing presence in the United States is expanding and hiring for an Electrical Designer in its Colorado location for design of Data Centers, airports, commercial, critical facilities and hospitality. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. This candidate must be comfortable working in a small environment supporting the Engineering department in Revit (BIM) design as well as AutoCAD. The right candidate will have excellent oral communication skills and be comfortable with client interaction and be hands on. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- CAD/BIM design or the Electrical Systems of large Data Centers (highly desired), airports, commercial, critical facilities and hospitality.
- Handle drawings, support quality control, and process improvement for the electrical engineers.
- Ensure engineering processes and practices are adhered to
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
Requirements
- Associates Degree is required (BS in Electrical Engineering in preferred)
- A through understanding of innovative Data Center design and engineering with relative experience of 4-7 years in Autocad and/or BIM (Revit)
- Work experience with Data Centers (preferred) or airports, commercial, critical facilities and hospitality.
